Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Summer Travel

Player registration refunds will be made to players if CIGS cannot field a team (due to insufficient number of player registrations), if the player is not placed on a team, or if a player withdraws from the program before the season begins. If a player is not placed on a team, a full refund for uniform and registration fees will be made. Withdrawals from the program prior to April 1st will only be refunded for registration fees. There will be no refund for uniform or equipment costs for the summer season after March 1st. Other than the exceptions just listed, there will be no refunds made once the season has begun. Tryout fees are not refundable.

8U Program

No refund after start of season.

FALL BALL

No refund for cancellations 1 week prior to start of season or later.

Open Gym

No refund within 48 hours of event.

Coaching Application

No refund policy applies

Clinics

Refunds if canceled one week prior to session.
